local classes & events
Introducing Bark Savvy, a series of local events for dog-loving, savvy pet-parents. Bark Savvy is a collaborative project between FairyTails and Pup Pup & Away.
The calendar will feature events for pets or about animal welfare here in San Antonio. We will also feature photos of our San Antonio pet community on this page. This calendar includes events from San Antonio’s Animal Welfare Organizations.
A class jam-packed with information such as why do our dogs do the things they do, like wagging their tails and barking at the same time, or biting us in a playful way? Sometimes what they do can be frustrating if we don’t understand pet behavior. Learn what you can do to prevent an attack when you are walking your dog. Clicker training and doggie park etiquette will also be discussed. Bring all your questions (but not your pet) and get those answers so you can modify your pets behavior. Taught by Renee Fenn through the Northside ISD Adult & Community Education Center. Tuition: $12.00
